About the Author

I wrote this eBook to help small and midsized marketing agencies navigate the often overwhelming world of data analytics with clarity and confidence. I began my career in digital marketing in 2012, managing international SEM campaigns across the U.S., Latin America, and global markets, before gradually shifting my focus toward the strategic questions behind performance data. After earning an MSc in Business Analytics and working on initiatives ranging from business intelligence automation to advanced analytics such as forecasting and marketing mix modeling, I saw firsthand the value and how powerful analytics can be when applied practically. This book is meant to bridge that gap—offering agencies clear guidance, real-world perspective, and a pragmatic starting point on their analytics journey.
